Villageway Property Management is a full service management firm for homeowner, condominium, community and business condominium associations located in Orange County. We are looking for personnel to fill positions in various departments of the company.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: Positions are available for responsible, goal oriented, experienced Property Managers to perform daily multi-tasks associated with managing services to our customers, including Homeowners and HOA Board of Directors; understand and perform contractual obligations of the management/accounting services and be familiar with all vendor contracts. Property Managers must be able to attend after hour Board meetings, as required, have a strong community association's background with CCAM and/or PCAM designations and 2 years Property Management experience with Homeowners Associations. Responsibilities also include walk throughs, packet and minute preparation.

OTHER OPENINGS: We are also accepting resumes from individuals to fulfill positions in our Secretarial, Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Escrow Departments with a background in accounting and with computer skills including Outlook, MS Word, Publisher and Excel. Superb written and verbal communications and strong presentation skills are also required.

All interested parties for any of the above positions must be results-oriented and be able to effectively prioritize, manage and achieve results while handling multiple issues and/or projects. You must be able to interface with all levels of personnel.
