Escrow Services

When Villageway is notified of an escrow opening, our escrow specialist prepares a thorough demand statement, including a summary of the account assessments, late charges, and any fines or special evaluations. To facilitate a smooth, efficient transfer, all legal documents, rules and regulations, architectural guidelines, and any special disclosure statements required by the association are provided. Property Manager Training

Villageway’s goal is to provide our clients with the most capable Property Managers possible. In an industry where laws change regularly, it is imperative that our managers stay informed. We accomplish this through sponsorship of continuing education. Property managers are not only encouraged to attend CAI and CACM seminars and other industry related courses, but are also required to have or be in active pursuit of their CCAM designation.

Accounting Services

The Director of Client Accounting oversees the day-to-day operations of our four division accounting department – Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Lien/Legal, and Escrow.
